With whom we may share your personal data

WebshopCompany Ltd. companies. This means that we may transfer some of the personal information we collect to companies in the WebshopCompany group located in different countries. Transfer of personal data outside the EEA

We use standard contractual clauses when transferring data to other Adhoc.Support = WebshopCompany Ltd. corporate community members and when transferring data to recipients located in countries that are not covered by the Compliance Decision (see below).

Where the European Commission or other relevant competent authority has determined that a country outside the EEA or Switzerland provides an adequate level of data protection, personal data may be transferred to that third country without implementing the other safeguards mentioned above. WebshopCompany Ltd. may rely on adequacy determinations when transferring data to companies located in countries where such safeguards have been granted.

How we store and protect your personal data

We do our best to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We use data centres that have high physical security measures in place to store and protect your data and our systems;
We conduct independent penetration tests annually and continuously monitor our systems and applications for vulnerabilities; if you believe you have found a security problem or vulnerability in one of our systems, please contact us at or, in the event of a serious problem, report it to our other contact details.
Your personal data is encrypted using TLS in transit and AES256 encryption in storage;
We only allow access to your attributable data (by this we mean your directly identifiable data) to those WebshopCompany employees and contractors who need it to perform their job duties, such as our customer service team, so that they can respond to you in writing when you contact us;
We make security the responsibility of all our employees and contractors and train our staff to recognise security risks and protect your personal information.

Your rights in the Adhoc.Support community

If you have not logged in through our interface and your identity cannot be verified through this method, we may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity (as we want to make sure that you are the person requesting your information). Except in rare cases, we will respond within 1 month of receiving this information or, if no such information is required, we will complete the process within 30 days of receiving a full explanation of your request. While some rights apply generally, others are only available in certain circumstances, so if we feel that a right does not apply to you, we will inform you of this and explain the reasons for our decision.

Complaining to the regulator
